This is one of my favorite songs. https://fnfgo.io
I sing this very quietly because I'm
I'm sick of being heard
Sometimes I wonder why I choose to sing out loud
My feelings when they hurt
Don't try to find the truth in me, 'cause honestly
The truth was lost in words, their words
And I don't know where to begin
I've been thinking that I probably shouldn't hold it all in
Yeah, I only wanted you to know, oh
So I'll tell you a secret
For you and I alone
You're the sweetest Sarah that I know
And I'll tell you I'll mean it
But I'm all out of show
And if I ever went, I'd hope you'd go
It's hard to find the words for love
When you know enough to scare yourself away
But I always write a word or two
Everytime I look at you It's so hard to look away
And I don't know where to begin
I've been thinking that I probably shouldn't hold it all in
Yeah, I only wanted you to know, oh
So I'll tell you a secret
For you and I alone
You're the sweetest Sarah that I know
And I'll tell you I'll mean it
But I'm all out of show
And if I ever went, I'd hope you'd go
And I don't wanna get way to close
But I have yet to find and antidote for those eyes
Shake those hips
And the way you press those lips against me when you're
Holding me closely, never knowing when to let go
I'm holding you closely, I don't know if I'll ever let go
So I'll tell you a secret
For you and I alone
You're the sweetest Sarah that I know
And I'll tell you I'll mean it
But I'm all out of show
And if I ever left, baby
If I ever leave, maybe
If I ever went, I hope you'd go
I'm sick of being heard
Sometimes I wonder why I choose to sing out loud
My feelings when they hurt
Don't try to find the truth in me, 'cause honestly
The truth was lost in words, their words
And I don't know where to begin

This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version.
Great version of a great song,

How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.
