I love this song until she gets to the "I'm mami and that makes you papi" part...I don't know what the hell baby voice she's using there but it totally pulls me out of the song. :\

When I first heard this song I thought it was a song about a suga daddy, but now having looked at the lyrics, I'm not so sure. Maybe it's a song about her dad (her papa?) and about how he will always love her, even through the tough times "things get rough and there's no doubt you will always be there for me mmm papa love you"

one of my friends told me it was obviously about vodka and i felt too stupid at the time to ask why but i don't read between the lines very well to know if that is the actual meaning
for "sire of black eyes" i dont think she'll say the MMMMMM in it if it was her dad! awkward! and i love this song so much i don't really know what it means but its awesome and i love the sound to it.
