Gaika, Chinmoku ga Nemuru Koro (English) Lyrics

These eyes opened up and understood everything
Our battle What do you feel about this fist that shakes in anger?
Climb over that wall
The good and the bad have all been rooted into us
Destruction Despair
All visible things are vain

No turning back
A boon or a bane
Every night, death opens its mouth, tangles its tongue and comes for me
No turning back

Salute the monkey
Salute the monkey
The desires to combine with god
Sex with a Humanoid

Undesired? Is it not love?
FOREVER ABANDONED
If there're no doubts and nothing to lose, to the freedom of being born...

Our battle What do you feel about this fist that shakes in anger?
Climb over that wall

Justice for dying
Who's the one that can't turn back?
I'm tired of all the excuses
You notice it only when flesh gets piled up on the cart and when all sides get blocked
The ceremonial halls are a taste of sweet honey right?
Watching it thru the glass window, you never look away
Auschwitz goes crazy in silence
I'll give you god

Salute the monkey
Salute the monkey
The desires to combine with god
Sex with a Humanoid

Undesired? Is it not love?
If there's not a single moment to be at lost at having no doubts and nothing to lose, to the freedom of being born
Then the reality we must face will turn everything, even dreams into rust

Solution and tomorrow, that's rubbish
Devil In A Midnight Mass

I think this song is about abortion. Aushwitz going crazy is a reference to the sheer amount of abortions in Japan and how it's on a Holocaust scale. The ceremonial halls he talks about are probably a hospital and what is undesired is most likely a baby.

This is probably my favorite song off uroboros. Definetly the heaviest. Uh, just curious, does anyone know what parts of this song are in English and what are in Japanese?

Yeah the Englsih bits are: 'These eyes opened up and understood everything, Our battle what do you think about this fist that shakes in anger ?' 'The good and the bad have all been rooted into us' The next two bridges are also... aka 'No turning back... sex with a humanoid' .. Also he says 'Justice for dying' And the final lines ('Soloution ... midnight mass') are also growled/screamed In English hehe ^0^ Amazing song <3

Im guessing its about the Nazi regime. What with Aushwitz and 'Soloution'... aka the Holocaust/final soloution. Salute the monkey is probly a reference the Nazi...

Sorry, I haven't got a clue. You might want to search around other lyric sites for the "as sung" version rather than just this english translation. The beginning of this song definitly reminds me of the music in Phantasy Star Online...just thought I'd mention it. I think that this song definitly shows off Shinya's awesome drum skills. As a drum afficianado myself, it absolutely makes me swoon. ^^

Shinya is awesome in this song! but I think the heaviest song on Uroboros is Bugaboo, taking in consideration the voice not the speed so, yeah I think this is the fastest song in uroboros ;D

one line sticks out to me. "If there're no doubts and nothing to lose, to the freedom of being born..."

i think this means that if there was nothing wrong on the world then everyone could be born free. but there are certain awful conditions that they were born into, it could be abything wrong at all, and it wouldn't be their fault. but there are people out there who make it seem its their fault, like with "Auschwitz going crazy" its killing people born as a jew. and, for the people who think its about abortion, it could be the mother makes the baby think that the un-wanting of it was its fault.

as for "salute the monkey" its either 'your leader is an idiot' or 'praise the monkey which is the closest species to human but is still so much freer.' could be both.

three times sex is mentioned- with death, a humanoid, and god. im sure all three are pretty dangerous and would prolly produce something abnormal as a child... say... a rejected and horribly disfigured kid, or the savior, or a half-robot. you think any of these would be accepted into society? NO WAY MAN.
