I think it's about the paparazzi like gettin all up in her bizz, and she's just shaking her head saying all the flashing annoys the crap out of her and that they're just dumbheads.
When she says "kill the lights", it has a double meaning. She's referring to both, a photo shoot ("Mr Photographer, I think I'm ready for my close up.") and sex ("pure satisfaction."). May also be referring to a porno ("Lights, camera, action.") The rest sounds like she's careless and does her own thing regardless of what people say/think/do.
