I Don't Believe You

this song shows off both, pinks naturally beautiful and amazingly soulful voice, and her awesome writting skills. she is an amazing singer but her lyrics back up her amazing status in the industry

this song is such a beautifull song. it makes me cry too. and i can feel the emotion of the song whenever she sings, and i can understand what she is trying to say

This song is amazing...She sang it on an acoustic on her Funhouse tour and it was just beaitiful! This song is so.....true and gorgeious! P!nk is an amazing artist and has true talent. I loved her show last week and all these other comments prove that she's awesome =]

Ok first off, I love P!nk and I love this song.

now. To me, it sounds more like the end of a relationship but both people don't want it to end... The beginning is talking about how he lets her down but she doesn't mind. She feels good wth him. But they always fight. And she cries. But she forgives him. they have passion still so she says "well, if we have this passion, it's right." then she questions herself. "Isn't it?

next the chorus. He says "I don't want to see you" but it's false. They love each other, but he realizes it's not working. No matter how much it hurts, he's trying to let her go. Then he says "well, I don't need you" but she knows it's not true. and he's trying to pretend he doesn't love her.

next verse. she's saying once again that she doesn't mind that it hurts. Because she's with him. She wants more though I think she might also know it's not working. But she wants to cling to the happiness they shared. and that he'll just come around like not lovng her, pushing her away was just a phase. Right?

chourus again then she goes on to say "well don't just watch me fall. I don't mind. At least you're there. Paying attention to me"

and that's what I think about this song :)

It's chaotic, but passionate love. But, it's right. In my humble opinion, to be able to evoke those kinds of emotions in each other shows that they both care so much but are simply begging the other not to hurt them.

to me it's about not wanting to believe that the person you love doesn't want to be with you anymore. it's about how no matter what you think or feel, some part of you just won't let you stop hoping. "no i don't believe you, when you say you don't need me anymore" it's about not wanting to believe, but being unsure anyway. My girlfriend just broke up with me. and staying up late thinking about it, accepting it, this song came on when i was watching a random music video channel. it kinda made me laugh, because i don't want to hope anymore, but how can I? ha, fate or whatever made this song come on is toying with me. anyway, sorry for the introspection there. good song, meaningful singing and lyrics, never give up on the things you love
