I think this song is about 2people falling in love and then breaking up. One person is falling in love with someone else but telling the other person she wants him back one day. The guy doesnt know if he should believe her and everyone keeps telling him she is playing him "its in the way that you fool everyone when your falling in love again"
and no one knows her like he does. People fall in love with her but they dont know her like he does. They know each other so well. they know everything. they got incredibly close and now she is wanting other people, and the other people want her back but they dont know her like her does.
He is torn because he doesnt know what to believe. she has never lied to him and they have always been faithful. He also doesnt know if he should wait around for the future that he talks about or try to move on.
I think it's about him falling for a friend and he is confused whether she likes him or not and he's trying to prove that he is the one she should choose.
"The way you fool everyone when you're falling in love again" I think that particular part could mean that she is used to falling for guys who she claims she's in love with, but they treat her poorly and he is telling her that he will treat her right.

I love this song! It doesn't seem very popular which sucks (i guess?). Hah, I hate when like a song suddenly gets so popular. It gets old after a while. Anyways SORRY FOR THE VENT! Lol. This song is so cute. I love this band but I think this is my fav. on the album. <3
