Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood Lyrics
There's a Cadillac out in the dark
There's a guitar gangster lighting a smoke
And he feels the night, and he feels the fire
Driving into the city unknown
10 small houses is what he face in the cold
And he feels the night, can you feel the fire
Guitar gangsters and Cadillac Blood
They came from the road and out of the dark
Went into a place even darker
Guitar Gangsters and Cadillac Blood
Walking into a place called The Bar
People looking like a ghost has arrived
And he feels the eyes, can you see the eyes
Dear ladies/gentlemen, don't be afraid
We are here to erase your pain
Let it all start with a song
Then I'm sure we'll get along
There's a guitar gangster lighting a smoke
And he feels the night, and he feels the fire
10 small houses is what he face in the cold
And he feels the night, can you feel the fire
They came from the road and out of the dark
Went into a place even darker
Guitar Gangsters and Cadillac Blood
People looking like a ghost has arrived
And he feels the eyes, can you see the eyes
We are here to erase your pain
Let it all start with a song
Then I'm sure we'll get along

This song, and 6 others from this album, form, according to singer and guitarist Michael Poulsen, "a small story about a guy who wakes up in the desert with shooting holes in his body. He’s laying in his Cadillac. He’s bleeding. When the law enforcement comes, the car and the guy are gone. He’s going to this city that you can’t find on any map or anything. The whole idea for this guy, Cadillac Blood, is he believes he can find his killer in that city. He performs as a musician and every night he stands on stage, he’s looking at the people in the bar trying to figure out who’s the killer."
This one is simple 'n firm. It's just what it sounds like, a fictional story about a bunch of guys called the Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood. The whole backstory was explained on Bandit Rock Stockholm, but I can't recite it at the moment (20 seconds left on internet cafe time).
