(Let it rock)
(Let it rock)
(Let it rock)

I see your dirty face, hide behind your collar
What is done in vain, truth is hard to swallow
So you pray to God to justify the way
You live a lie, live a lie, live a lie
And you take your time
And you do your crime
Well, you made your bed
I made mine

Because when I arrive, I, I'll bring the fire
Make you come alive, I can take you higher
What this is, forgot, I must now remind you
Let it rock, let it rock, let it rock

Now the son's disgraced, he who knew his father
When he cursed his name, turned and chased the dollar
But it broke his heart, so he stuck his middle finger
To the world, to the world, to the world
And you take your time
And you stand in line
Well, you'll get what's yours
I got mine

Because when I arrive, I, I'll bring the fire
Make you come alive, I can take you higher
What this is, forgot, I must now remind you
Let it rock, let it rock, let it rock

Yeah
Wayne's World, Planet Rock
Panties drop, and the tops
And she gon' rock 'til the camera stop
I sing about angels like Angela
(Rock) And Pamela
(Rock) And Samantha
(Rock) And Amanda
And Tamara, ménage à moi
I'm in here like, "Bitch, what's up?"
Mechanic, me, I can fix you up
I can dick you up, I can dick you down
Shorty, we can go wherever, just pick a town
And my jewelry is louder than an engine sound
Big ass rocks like on the ground
Dirty like socks that's on the ground
Weezy

Because when I arrive, I, I'll bring the fire
Make you come alive, I can take you higher
What this is, forgot, I must now remind you
Let it rock, let it rock, let it rock
Because when I arrive, I, I'll bring the fire
Make you come alive, I can take you higher
What this is, forgot, I must now remind you
Let it rock, let it rock, let it rock
Just let it rock, let it rock, let it rock
Let it rock
Let it rock

I'm back like I forgot somethin', I'm somethin'
Rulin' rock rubbin' rap runnin'
Miles like it's tryna get a flat stomach
Like Wayne a personal trainer
My aim is perfect, I'll bang ya
Period, like the reminder

And I wish I could be as cruel as you
And I wish I could say the things you do
But I can't and I won't live a lie
No, not this time

zzStasis Im not sure as to where the lryics are comming from your using, but the correct lyrics are

"And I sing about angels like Angela" "I can dick ya up" "I can dick you down" "Big ass rocks like on the ground" "Baby like sex thats on the ground, Weezy" "My aim is perfect Ill bang ya"

I dnt even know where you could get "xxx" from, how whould he say this to fit in that small time slot? "Triple x"? I don't think so.

I'm thinking this song is about like a bastard child? I'm not sure...

This song is BANGGIN.. though I disagree with those of you who think its about trying to be someone else.. Actually I think he is talking to his father who hurt him when he was younger and treated him badly..and he trying not to be like him

Uh, I'm pretty sure it's just about being a rockstar even though he's a rapper.

This song is a about 1-upping the people that tryed to doubt you in life. The beat and timing of the melody gets you pumped up to the song. The whole cd is about Kevin Rudolf's way to the top (Read the bio on his website) and this song is just a part of it. He is tryin to say that all you people who doubted me can xxx off, in a triumphant and victorious way. The first verse is sayin hide behind your true self and make a fake image that you don't think Ill see through because you cant compare to me now (Hide behind your collar...Justify the way you live a lie). The next verse is he got betrayed by somebody he trusted but thats ok cause look at me now...and the lyrics speak for themselves on that one.

"When I arrive I bring the fire, make you come alive, I can take you higher" Saying when I walk through the door all eyes are on me now.

"What the saints forgot, I must now remind you" Here he is saying I'm the big dog now, and since nobody is as big as me and wayne I guess its my duty to remind you TO LET IT ROCK.

Lil Wayne sends the same message as usual. He is all to fresh can get a women to do what he wants (Panties down) and drives a pimpin car (and the top), even if they are models (shes gonna rock till the camera stops) and he proceeds in listing names. He can do whatever he wants because hes got it all (Im in here like bitch whats up), and he'll give it to you how ever you'd like cause, once again, hes got it all and can do it all (I can "Dick" you up, I can "Dick" you down).

This song has to do with betrayal, but in an overcoming way. It has nothing to do with cheating on a spouse, religious stories, myths or beliefs; nor is it depressing in any way. This is the type of song you party to, make an entrance to, or get pumped up.

P.S. Where'd those lyrics come from cause there wrong

i think it means, do whatever you want to, without caring what others think.

"so he stuck his middle finger to the world"

this songs good except for lil wayne, says the same things, different word in every song. Basically, i'm so cool, i can get any girl and i can get them to do what ever i want them to,

Guess what lil wayne, you cant. god, get some new meanings already!

I see your dirty face High behind your collar When picking his apostles, Jesus didn't know who was going to betray him, although it was prophesied in Zechariah 11:12 about Jesus being betrayed for 30pcs of silver. However after observing his apostles, he figured it out. (John 13:2) Contrary to popular belief-the last supper only included 11 apostles, not 12. Jesus dismissed Judas and the convenant was with the 11 remaining faithful ones. (John 13:21-30)

What is done in vain Truth is hard to swallow So you pray to God To justify the way you live a lie, live a lie, live a lie Judas was greedy. His greed overtook him, like his father, (Behavior wise) Satan. He betrayed Jesus and now he knows that God is going to destroy him forever. That is very hard to swallow. Also the Pharisees and Saducees had to swallow it. That's why they didn't put the money in the temple treasury. It's blood money. They knew that Jesus was the Messiah because of their greed, they rejected him and had the people do so to. Furthermore, Judas tried to hang himself, but God caused the branch to break and died a horrible death. Too, the Saducees and Pharisees bought a field with that money-Potter's grave-to make things "right." They were living a lie. (Acts 1:18 and Matthew 27:5-7)

And you take your time And you do your crime Well you made your bed I'm in mine Judas and the priests plotted and schemed in an effort to betray Jesus. Their bed is everlasting death, while Jesus is in Heaven.

Because when I arrive I bring the fire Make you come alive I can take you higher What is this, forgot? (I believe this says, With the sins forgot) I must now remind you Let It Rock Let It Rock Let It Rock Jesus will return as King of God's Kingdom and those not living in harmony with God's will not reap their due. Those who are will reap an award. We all need reminding of this fact.

Now the son's discrased He, who knew his father When he cursed his name Turned, and chased the dollar But it broke his heart So he stuck his middle finger To the world To the world To the world Deuteronomy 21:23 says, "Accursed is the one hanging on a stake." Jesus was disgraced because they said he blasphemed and misrepresenting who he actually was. Judas and the priests undoubtedly knew who Jesus was and still didn't repent of his of sins. Another common misconception is that Judas felt sorry that why he hung himself. He just felt remorse under the burden of guilt.

I wish I could be As cool as you And I wish I could say The things you do But I can't and I won't live a lie No not this time This verse could be construed as sarcastic. He can't say and do the things that Lil' Wayne or the majority of this world is doing. He's standing out as a righteous one.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
