We know you said
You said there was nothing left down here
Well, I roamed around the wasteland
And I swear I found something

I found hope, I found God
I found the dreams of the believers
The dreams of the believers
Oh God, save us all

General Commentthese lyrics pretty much explain themselves...I hate how it ends so quickly after the verse though

General Commentflyingclubcup: i respectfully disagree i think this song would lose some meaning if it went on longer, to me the instrumental bit signifies the narrator's journey through the 'wasteland' searching for hope and the shouted bit is his triumphant message to the world that he has found hope before he leaves to be with God. Thats why i think it ends perfectly :)

    General Commenthaha.
probably one of the best off the album.
and yeah, the lyrics kinda speak for themselves.

General Commentexcept for the part that says; "you said there was nothing left down here", i dont think you guys are taking that into consideration.

    its about someone telling him;
"you're hopeless" and now he's kinda
saying; haha.! in your face! you were wrong!
    i found god :)

General CommentI kinda think the whole point of the whole CD is pretty blunt.

It obviously tells the story of someone who is caught up in a single sin (drugs, alcohol, lying, whatever applies to you really.) and is trying to get rid of it so that they can live their life for God and His glory, and basically just be a Christian and serve God. But they can't, because they are "Lost in the Sound of Seperation" (Sin seperates us from God.)

So they try to get rid of it, about the middle of the CD it takes hold of them again and brings them down, then they are complete desperate. Then God redeems them and frees them of that burden of sin.

It's all about God's Grace and Mercy. Read all of the lyrics in order of the track listing and you'll see it.
