This song is amazing. It's one of the songs off the new album that makes me happy they got a new singer. I just don't think Kerri could have sang this song as well as Alida. But for the meaning: I think it's about a relationship that changed her completely, either for the better or not, and now they're on the verge of a break up. And she thinks if he leaves her she'll have nothing left.
yeah, i think that the relationship is/was not necessarily a healthy one, but she's focusing on an illusion. all she can think about is the good times and she can't see herself being that happy with anyone else. she feels like she never got a real chance with the guy and she can't give up until she's sure.
