Touch me

Every minute, please touch me

Oh I see you pass my way again
And your call, call yourself my friend
Well let me tell you what's good to be
It's no no more than your love cannot be
So touch me said I ride on
Just a ride oh as I'm riding I'll be, oh yeah

Riding

There you go you pass my way again
Let you know, oh you're still my friend
Well let me tell you what's good to be
We two cannot walk unless we agree
So touch me
I mean touch me, touch me
Every minute, riding
Touch me, riding

cool tune.. simple but effective.. just about wanting to be close to and inspired by everyone... and about going with the flow 'i'll be riding'..

beautifully written and sang. I wish everyone could see the world through his eyes. He opens our mind about society and how we live on a day to day basis and we never stop to think that we are all on this earth together so we mine as well love one another and greet one another. We should all try and apply this song to our lives even if it seems strange to talk to people we dont know. We are all one. RIP Bob Marley. one love.

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
