I beleive this song is about the high energy that the Go! Team constantly has. It's also urging everyone else to use their energy in a positive way just as they have. I guess the point of doing that is to add to their crazy dancing high movement shows.
What I find interesting about the song is that the music always reminds me of sesame street, and because of this it always sounds youthful. This adds a lot, as if they have that youthful fierce energy, like puppies or toddlers. Always happy, always getting into innocent trouble, and lots of potential.
I'm not a hundred percent sure on the lyrics to the chorus. She might also be singing "And whatever's next will be here now..."
Oh, and I made a typo. It should be "got OUR backs to the pack..."
