"Fast car" is kind of a continuation of Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run." It has all the clawing your way to a better life, but in this case the protagonist never makes it with her love; in fact she is dragged back down by him.
There is still an amazing amount of hope and will in the lyrics; and the lyrics themselve rank and easy five. If only music was stronger it would be one of those great radio songs that you hear once a week 20 years after it was released. The imagery is almost tear-jerking ("City lights lay out before us", "Speeds so fast felt like I was drunk"), and the idea of starting from nothing and just driving and working and denigrating yourself for a chance at being just above poverty, then losing in the end is just painful and inspiring at the same time.
I'm the one who's so in love with you,
I'm the one who's so in love with YOU!
Man! I'm gonna fill you all the way,
Oh! Man! I'm gonna screw you all the way,
Uh
'Cause I'm stupid, sadistic and suicidal,
Hard to accept, and that's the whole idea,
Behind my motivations,
Now is the part for the radio station
I'm the one who's so in love with you,
I'm the one who's so in love with YOU!
Man! I'm gonna fill you all the way,
Oh! man! I'm gonna screw you all the way,

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988.
"'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it."
"There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.

sorry, i assumed that it was same as the demo
After listening to it and reading through the lyrics thouroughly, I think that it's about a psychotic rapist/serial killer, this is sort of his manic sentiment towards his victim as he is about to defile her (possibly for the last time).
Grim, huh? But that's what I hear.
I think you're overanaylzing this WAY too much.
I think this is a parody of radio love songs, as suggested in the lyrics. This is MSI saying the whole point of their songs is that they're hard to accept.
I'm pretty sure the title and "stupid, sadistic and suicidal" are references to the movie Hardware where Jill refers to having children as "stupid, sadistic and suicidal" and her boyfriend, Moses, says "Stupid, Sadistic and Suicidal, what is that, the 3 S's?

Lyrics are quite easy to figure out. 3S Stupid, Sadistic, and Suicidal, James is signing about his version of love life. He always calls himself, and others stupid, so that’s on s. A lot of people don’t know what sadistic means, which is sad, sadistic meaning he gets pleasure from hurting himself in a sexual manor, or the thought of pain conflicted onto someone else, going with the first on as seeing he says "I'm stupid, sadistic, and suicidal". Lastly Suicidal, conflicts into two other songs Written in Cold Blood and Bed of Roses, James had a corrupted childhood somewhere along the lines, and a lot of fans and people do see him as suicidal. 3S broken down for you. ^^
Nope! It looks as though you're another of those who don't know what sadism means. It involves enjoying inflicting pain and suffering on OTHERS. Not one's self. I hope you realize how pretentious and stupid you look now that, after you statement, you were still wrong... Dumbass.
A guitar riff and drum beat are entirely ripped off of a nine inch nails song (or 2 not sure) and I do believe they were doing remixes with Chris Vrenna, which leads me to believe this song was aimed at trent reznor.
It's what it seems like at least.
Now is the part for the radio station:

Happiness in slavery is copied here
Actually, my dumbass fault, at 2:17 in "last" you hear the same guitar riff with drum beat, the one in happiness in slavery is kinda similar, but this is for sure it.
Ok after thinking more i think it's related to more of the fact that fans will jump from one band to the next insulting the last one with the 3 s', when in turn they're the ones who have these issues.
