i think its about global warming and how "we've never seen this kind of world, its a warning to us all", we should do something about it and prevent it going worse in the future "we played the lead role with a lack of education and pay a price we'll never know our future's been sold" we, humans, have played the lead role to this destruction, because of our lack of education and ignoring the signs that have been there for so many years, and now we are too far into it, we know what will happen to our future, global warming going worse. "cause when it all comes crashing down - down from above there will be no salvation is there anything that can save us - from ourselves" i think this is talking about, how when everything is finally ruined, there wont be any salvation and we cant save us from ourselves, because weve all contributed to global warming. yeah thats just my opinion i respect soty so much, they write about so meaningful things

i took the salvation part as basically saying "at the end of the world, the end of all things they will be no salvation from jesus, is there anything that can save us? is meaning is there anything that can stop us from fighting in wars?

the salvation part means like, no one can save us, not even jesus, not even god (if they are real, which i dont believe they are). but yeahh weve destroyed this earth too much now to go back we only have the worse to expect in the future

Youre entitled to your opinions but Phil, Josh, and (i think) Ryan are Christians so they wouldn't have lyrics that say no salvation from Jesus or god or whatever religion. Probably about global warming. This album is very political.
