These seem to refer to "directions" given by the feds, who come to knock on his door. because of his actions, he's sent to a correctional institute and "filed alphabetically." The alphabetical filing could also refer to him contemplating so many deviant situations that he began to file them alphabetically.

He's fed up, with something but i'm not sure what. And all he wants is to act out, either out of vengeance or just because he wants to be who he really is.. but he knows that if he does he'll be arrested and taken to a correctional facility.

Inside, he's a monster. And the things he fantasizes about doing (thus "hypothetical") are sickeningly unacceptable. He wishes he could be himself, but then society would be repulsed, feds would come to take him away to a correctional facility (institute correctional), they'd find him and signal for him to drop his guns, get on the ground, stop whatever he's doing, etc. (signal directional)

He's becoming sick of holding himself back, not sure if he can pretend to be normal any longer. He wants to just embrace the animalistic self inside, feel the relief and comfort of not pretending anymore, bringing his true self to the surface (fuckin incredible, sense of smell exceptional).
