The music video to this song is awesome. It was directed by Weird Al. As for the meaning, a chick who can't get her priorities straight. If he could "fix" her and get her off drugs, she could live life to the fullest extent.
WRONG! My 1st interpretation is off. Its just describing a horrible girlfriend. She was stubborn, greedy, demanding, controlling Bitch( she just doesn't know it). I have no idea where the drug idea came from.
