The Sons of Saints Lyrics

Raised from torment
I saw the weight of your hands fall down
To live inside of this hell they've built
I watched you I saw your grace
The blood from your hands will make me whole
You will be claimed with composure
We will be claimed at the sinners hands
Believing creations of the sons of saints

I haven't spoke in days
Again he said you won't feel a thing
But how can you be saved if this is what you believe

Speak now the work has been done
Nations they crawl in vain
Dividing the prison of all that will rise to
Conquer the faith in your heart

I haven't spoke in days
Again he said you won't feel a thing
But how can you be saved if this is what you believe

We will be claimed at the sinners hand

I think this song is about lack of faith and false Christians. I might be wrong.

The first and second verses are about being brought up without a foundation and without any convictions or moral compass. (i.e"Being claimed at the sinners hands")

The chorus is about dealing with the fact that just because you say you are a Christian does not mean you will be saved. How can you be saved if all you do is sin? To be a REAL Christian you have to imitate Jesus' love and be an all-around good person.

I agree very much on the lyrics meaning, but not so much on the rest. Being a christian doesn't mean being an all-around good person, a christian is a person who has excepted Jesus Christ as the one who died so you can spend eternity in heaven. Now, the bible does say once you have excepted Christ, you should be more Christ-like to build your walk with God, but a Christian is one who is saved by Christ.
