Free Chilly Lyrics

If we could break down those walls
to set you free
We would
'cause we out here
and we miss you

If we could build a ladder that tall
to come up and see you
We would
'cause we down here
and we miss you

If we could break down those walls
to set you free
We would
'cause we out here
and we miss you

If we could build a ladder that tall
to come up and see you
We would
'cause we down here
and we miss you

Naw man, he couldn't keep this one off the album. How would u feel if your mentor, friend, and co founder of your record label was sentenced to 44 years? If it was me I wud put a song too. Early in the album to get it out of the way, Its only a few seconds long. Nevertheless the beat is sick, some epic move type thing, and the vocals ar very simplistic which works really well with the beat. Great idea lupe. Hold it down for your nigga

I love lupe, im his biggest fan. BUT this was more of a shout out. It was kinda irrelevant to the album. He could kept this one.

he mentions 'free chilly' in a few of his other songs too if you listen closely enough. This is one of my fav songs on The Cool - At first I thought it was about seeing his father who passed away but this makes more sense lol.

this songs about shyness from one kid in a group of close friends. He used love him and now he's hiding behind this metaphorical wall and his friend want to see the real him again. This song makes me want to cry cause I was the kid behind the wall who couldn't escape. If this went to the heart to any one reading this give a good listen to the show goes on
