This song makes me think that they (the person whose point of view the song is sung from) are someone who practices witchcraft, and a lot of the song is something of a spell they're casting on someone to make them love them, hence the repeated rhyming, references to witches and magic, and the repetition of the line "I'm the one you want".
I don't know if they were thinking about vampires when they originally wrote this, but the video is definitely about vampires. Pretty sick song/video.
For what it's worth, the spoken part in the middle that starts "I call thee, beloved one," is more or less taken from the so-called Venus Love Spell. The "actual spell" goes more or less like this, from what I can find:
