I'm not sure what it's about but the only thing I've come up with is that this girl feels down about herself all the time, she feels like she's nothing and worthless and doesn't see all the beauty in herself that everybody else sees....and he's just trying to tell her that she's beautiful inside and out, he wants her to realize that she's one in a million.
I agree. I think the girl is overwhelmed with life and underappreciated, but she's so busy and occupied with everything else and she's probably settling for another guy, so she doesn't realize just how amazing she is.

this is about a boy that loves a girl, and knows that she is something special, even though she herself doesnt feel that thats true. she doesnt even know he exists, but he wants her to notice him, because he wants to tell her how beautiful she is -- basically also saying that beauty is more than skin deep.
