I'm not sure what it's about but the only thing I've come up with is that this girl feels down about herself all the time, she feels like she's nothing and worthless and doesn't see all the beauty in herself that everybody else sees....and he's just trying to tell her that she's beautiful inside and out, he wants her to realize that she's one in a million.
