I'm gonna take a stab in the dark here... but it's pretty much like the other songs on this album... the guy likes the girl who likes someone else and he can't accept it ? idk
I think the guy really liked this girl but she didn't fully send back mutual feelings but at the same time kept him thinking there was hope to be with her so she was "toying" with him and in reality she really wanted someone else completely hence "you're still chasing him" and the "I can see your eyes drifting past what you have" so in the end he thought she was great but when he figured out what she was really about he hates her and calls her a vulture instead of the angel she was made out to be
This is about a guy who is interested in a girl but knows that she is still wanted to be with another guy. for him he didnt want to submit to her and be apart of the game she was playing. she cant see that hes the right one for her, except she keeps him as a backup for times when she's given up and has no one and is extremely lonely
For me It's about my best friend... I feel abandoned my her recently because she's chasing after this guy that's just messing with her, so I felt really used, she started ditching me for him...
