This is the most visceral Fuck-The-System songs ever; one of my all time favorite "metal" songs. Here's my translation:

"People, open your eyes! Society is fucked up. Well, I'm sick of trying to fit in and playing by their rules. I'm going to bring it all down. Doesn't anyone else out there care? Are you with me? Come on, look around...snap out of your complacency. Smash it all!!"

Some of the lines sound almost political to me. The average person sees no corruption in how things are ran and can see no further than themselves, and he's lived in the lie because of how easy it has been (rotten apple line), but he's come to realize how messed up it is and how other people can so easily ignore it, and he wants to do something about it..

not all these songs about women people!!!!!! They talk about practical things, things people don't necesarrily (excuse my spelling) see, that only the open eyed can see. People need to open their eyes to lyrics, its not always about a significant other, its usually something that pretains to life. I.E. our government, asshole people, people in general, etc. not their partners.

In this song he is talking about how he is fed up with people, stupid selfish idiotic people! He wants people to see what it is like being him, he's not selfish, he's been through shit people couldn't imagin because they are too wrapped up in their own little worlds. He is also incorperating this in with the governemt. Our government is FUCKED UP! And people praise the government because "They are being so kind to us, we need a change" The only fucking change we are getting is.... well none, all they lazy assholes who sit on wel-fare their whole god damn lives when they are perfectly able to get a job are getting the fucking change, out of our pockets. I think Death Before Dishonor talks more about the government and stuff

I think this song is about how he lost control of his life and he wants to "Take back control with his knuckles" aslo, the title of the song, "White Knuckles" could pertain to his worry of not being in control of where his own life is heading.

He wants to retake control of his life and will do it by getting back at his enemies, and for them to see him for what he is not what he was. hes fighting between changing and getting back with such anger.

sounds like they are trying to convey that most people dont give a shit about anything besides themselves, and that in the broad scheme of things your trivial personal matters don't really matter. he feels compelled to do something about this, and he is going to fuck some shit up, and try to get people to understand in anyway possible. the white knuckles refers to clenching your fist so hard that it turns white, as in how pissed off he is.

I would think its about the current political situation, but it could also imply to everyday life as well.

wen he says "how many will be standing?" in the background vocals someone says "1 or 2" btw.

i think that it is talking about his girl that just keeps fucking him over. i think he is saying that he wants her to see it from his eyes, to see how he feels, to see what she is doing to him. this song reminds me of things that my girl has done.
