@ DreamersDisease; He hasn't cut down on smoking but he's drinking water now instead of beer and jaegermeister... I also read that he went to rehab because of his alcohol problem (which he obviously has/had)

love this song..lqtmrofl.. I think this song is about the downsides of falling in Love or letting yourself be pulled into a 'venus fly trap' kind of scenario in love...Gives out negative connotations of love. Such as falling victim to it. You go 'coo coc' and 'ga ga' over it. It could also be about hiding or pushing away the chance of embracing love for true happiness because of fear....But now the person's willing to change that and take a risk or plunge ..which is why they say "watch me fall..." bit..regardless of the fact that it'll end in tragedy... "flames" = dangers ? Venus doom ? Is that some sort of symbolism of a deity like Goddess of love..shruggs..making wild guesses here..so don't shoot the messenger or make cyberkill outta me. lol

btw...just out of curiousity..do u reckon ville's cut down on smoking for that 'husky' edge he needs when he sings...his singing has improved.

I think it\'s a philosophical song, he\'s debating with himself if love is really worth all the problems and sorrow accosiated with it.

And also the screams in the background could be out of frustration or fear.

& so far, i think this is the best song on the album.

Yeah, he's been to rehab for drinking but he definitely hasn't cut down smoking. (Saw them in July and he smoked 5 cigs in a half hour.) He looked great/healthy though, I think that was from not having alcohol anymore.
