Sweet Young Thing Ain't Sweet No More Lyrics
Sweet young thing ain't sweet no more
Sweet young thing ain't sweet no more
Mama found her draped over the toilet bowl
oooh
Mama said, "child, what you done?"
Mama said, "child, what you done?"
"Wake up and greet the midday sun"
Sweet young thing ain't sweet no more
Sweet young thing ain't sweet no more
Mama's little pills spilled all over the floor
oooh
oooh, ow, ow, ow
Mama can't handle her on her own
Mama can't handle her on her own
She says, "You just wait till your father gets home"
Sweet young thing ain't sweet no more
Mama found her draped over the toilet bowl
Mama said, "child, what you done?"
"Wake up and greet the midday sun"
Sweet young thing ain't sweet no more
Mama's little pills spilled all over the floor
oooh, ow, ow, ow
Mama can't handle her on her own
She says, "You just wait till your father gets home"

How come nobody has commented on this song? It's one of Mudhoney's greatest!
ppl just suck
ppl just suck
That's true.
That's true.
Mudhoney tried desperately to out-Nirvana Nirvana with this song (and most of their tracks), and totally failed. Dismally. It's a pretty decent attempt at the sound, but the lyrics compliment the music in them both being unerringly infantile. No cigar, boys
