The Conspiracy Unfolds Lyrics
Fallen I have, fallen I am
Cursed and destined to burn
Fallen I have, fallen I am
Cursed and destined to burn
My loyalty towards a liar ceased to exist
Once misled my and empty fraudulent face
I will never turn my back on you
And deceive the flesh of our race
I will always speak truly
So you can understand
No riddles that manipulate
The words and symbols of Man
Do not believe false promises
Conspiring to cover up the truth
Find solace in darkness within yourself
And have your legions unleashed
Do not withhold the air
Of your very last breath
In the end of days
You will transcend life and death
Let the one who is fit
Be the King
Of the heavens above
And all worlds down below
Cursed and destined to burn
Fallen I have, fallen I am
Cursed and destined to burn
Once misled my and empty fraudulent face
I will never turn my back on you
And deceive the flesh of our race
So you can understand
No riddles that manipulate
The words and symbols of Man
Conspiring to cover up the truth
Find solace in darkness within yourself
And have your legions unleashed
Of your very last breath
In the end of days
You will transcend life and death
Be the King
Of the heavens above
And all worlds down below

^^(-_-)^^ heh heh good song. no clue what it's about.
it's part of the story-arc of the album as a whole
here, the priest has realized his mistake of following the church and is telling the listener that he will show him/her the real truth - that the church is a lie (it's "false promises") and that s/he should follow the antichrist (whom the priest himself will soon become)
I think you are wrong, partly at least.
This is a rather LaVeyan Satanic view on the whole thing. It is about Satan, but not about a priest or the antichrist. "I" in this case is Satan, your nature and instincts that are in everyone of us.
"Let the one who is fit Be the King Of the heavens above And all worlds down below"
Those who are fit enough should survive. It is inspired by Darwinian "The survival of the fittest" - just as LaVeyan Satanism is inspired by it.
If it would be the antichrist then it would be about "fuck the church, our side (the Devil) is the winner", but in this case, it's most like "Let the one who "is" the Truth win, instead of believing in spiritual imaginations". The Devil and God are spiritual, supernatural beings.
Satan is not.
