Can't you just hear'em kreepin...wooh, I love equally the rythm & the lyrics! But since the song is about not being able to fall asleep, I think one of the lines should be "Eiderdown is my own defence".

'should of gone to bed before the watershed'
makes more sense. =] great song though.
