It's a good one to dance to. Chantal Kreviazuk co-wrote this song. The "ah-ah-aaah"s at the 2 minute mark are very much her musical style, and the catchiest part of the song.

This should be a single! It's so catchy and fun! I like the lyrics too. "One minute you laugh/The next minute you're slowly sinking into something black" I'm pleasently surprised bby the new Kelly!
The lyrics are actually: "And you love, And you hate, And you wait, 'Cause one minute goes fast".
The way I've always interpreted this is as a song about herself, kind of to herself. It could be about another person, but it could be about yourself. Anyone else interpret it that way, or am I just crazy?

This isn't my favorite song on the album, but Kelly & Co. did a wonderfully good job writing it, as well as all the songs on My December. It is catchy.
I got the impression that she was singing about this guy who is confusing her. Like, one minute he's loving her, and all happy, but then the next minute he's mad and depressed. She's wondering if it's worth it, because "one minute goes fast". The relationship that they are in is taking a toll on the guy.
Just my thoughts.

i agree with PerfectlyWrecked, i think this song's about kelly herself.. she's talking about how things are consfusing her and she's just feeling that time's going in a fast way and everything is changing all the time...even between a minute and another she changes from happy to sad .. and that's how i feel these days...
I love this song. I never listened to the lyrics before, I just loved to dance to the beat. But now that I look at it, I realize I can relate so well.
I think she's talking about confusing relationship. She doesn't know how she feels and feelings just get so bottled up that she had to 'scream at the thought you kept inside'. She's happy, and then sad, and feels confused about the whole thing. Nothing lasts long. And like PerfectlyWrecked said, she's wondering if he's worth it because "one minute goes fast."
