This isn't my favorite song on the album, but Kelly & Co. did a wonderfully good job writing it, as well as all the songs on My December.
It is catchy.
I got the impression that she was singing about this guy who is confusing her. Like, one minute he's loving her, and all happy, but then the next minute he's mad and depressed. She's wondering if it's worth it, because "one minute goes fast".
The relationship that they are in is taking a toll on the guy.
