I have a suss theory.

A big mess on his hands... as in, from doing something naughty, involving his hand, with a girl. xD

I can't really explain how it works without sounding weird, but just think about it and listen to the lyrics. It makes sense to me.

And plus; it'd explain the "Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ahhhhh" bits in the song!

I love their new sound so much. And their old sound. Any sound. Lol. This is an excellent song. I'm very excited for the new cd. I get that he's very confused about his life and that leads him to make self destructive desicions and he always regrets it later but can't escape the consequences.

I don't like their new sound as much as their old sound. It's more generic.

Hmm, I agree somewhat with weekendwarrior's meaning. Nice name, by the way, lol. I think their new sound is pretty good, I mean, it would get pretty boring if they held the same sound everytime AND since they did get a new member of the band since Tom left.

his voice is so good in this song. I don't know why. it just is. at first I thought this song was kind of weird (the chorus part) but then I got hooked ... fast. great lyrics. I don't know, I think they sound just as good as they did on almost here. I can't wait for this CD.

This is one awesome song. Didn't like it at first but it's grown on me plenty.

i definitely don't dislike this song and the new song, but i definitely like the old sound a lot more.

i personally like it.. i'm not going to say whether or not i don't like the sound though; i want to hear at least four songs before i decide that. but yeah...definitely looking forward to the new album. (:
