When I first heard this, I had to listen to it again before I realised. Genius xD
haha it took me awhile to get it too. the song title throws you off i guess.

This song is really a deeper insight into how even the simplest of things can distract from a single moment in time but can really add up eventually and will bein to come back and haunt you as you realize that your procrastination has led you to a "point of no return". They are hoping to make the political point as well as express their feelings to their audience in hopes to improve the way people manage their time....
BUT NO REALLY ... the first time i listened to this is thought it was hilarious. Relient K has all the funniest little tracks between their songs.
