WOW FIRST COMMENT, HELL YEAH!! i feel so honored..i can't believe noone has commented on this song yet, its so great..as for the meaning..i would have to say...it may be about losing someone/something and being totally depressed about it , wandering around the house watching the sun go down..and watching the moon come up..and kind of repeating the same shit..feeling better in the early morning about things but then slowly shifting back into the negative feelings as the moon comes up, repeating the same shit...thats just how i kind of see it...please someone else post your thoughts as well..oh yeah as a tribute to this wonderful song, i named my first songmeanings account name after this song. Laters
it seems to me that he has lost someone and is having trouble moving on and wants to get em back. he knows that he needs to move on and is trying really hard to do that, 'Drag myself through the dirt again' but he is still having trouble letting go. 'Dwelling on the mistakes I've made'. 'Try to stay as clean as possible. The dirt just won't come off' makes me think that he has become almost obsessive compulsive to distract himself from the pain of losing them. but i think the previous entry was pretty good with saying that each day brings about new hope and such but by the end he is bak to his usual self and wanting to fix things between him and the one he lost.
