i like this version better than the etienne daho et dani version. especially the intro. the accordion makes it wonderful! the original lyrics are much more in depth than these - but they obviously had to change a lot for it to work in english.
This is my favorite feist song.I LOVE her voice in this one;it just hypnotizes you. :D

Acutally the original song was by Serge Gainsbourg, and was covered by Etienne Daho and Dani a few years back. A tribute album to Serge Gainsbourg was created recently where many talented artists covered some of his songs. Feist was one of them, and she is not singing this song alone, Gonzales and Dani sing this cover with her.
