to me, this song is about the intimacy and romance that comes along with umm "getting intimate" with your special someone.
i never really thought of it as a song about sex until i came to this site.
how i interpreted it, is that this guy is trying to convince a girl to be with him when they both like each other and she has her doubts, and he's just trying to woo her into it haha.
but that's just me, and what makes a good song great is how you interpret it right? =D

this song has kind of a double meaning...its like talking about love but at the same time losing your virgnity..my boyfriend who i lost mine to used to always "serenade" me with this song when we would listen to. it was adorable. i really like this song it has a lot of meaning and its tres catchy!
