This song reminds me a lot of a girl I know (ironicaly, she is named Katie). She's what you would call popular, and she is kind of ditzy. These lines in preticular remind me of her:

makes me think of her. To be honest though, I wouldn't mind eventualy dating her, but I know I would stand no chance, cause me and her are from different cliques, and she would never come down to my level.

by the way, the old version's lyrics are different, it goes "you're a cool girl, what the hell are you doing with me?"
i mean what the hell shawn harris, why did you change it to "you got standards girl?" laaameee
i think that "you've got standards girl, what the hell are you doing with me?" sounds better than "you're a cool girl". i think the new version is more well-written personally. i love e. von dahl but decomposer as a whole is more well-written, and they grew a lot, and their proud of decomposer obviously.

I like the older version.
I like the new version better. I don't know why, I just think it sounds more .. complete. That made no sense.
Oh and I forgot to add, for those who don't know, they've made a video for this song. I saw some pictures from it, it looks absolutely amazing.
