it's so powerful nobody dares to comment on it, second best song on the album, right after miasma, i think it's about abortion.

It's about the failure of the system and humanity. Essentially, everything sucks. Focuses on vice, including drinking, selfishness, lust, mentions abortion a little. Miscarriage refers to the failure to produce good in this circumstance.

its not about actual human miscarriage, its about metaphorical miscarriage. as in, the government is no longer doing its job right, and so they 'fail to produce good' help to the States. or something like that, this song is brutal!!
One of my Favorite songs off this record.! But shit, I fasholy always thought this song was about a failed relationship
