Mechanic God Creation Lyrics
The human race
Like a chromatic stain
Lost in concrete fields
Hybrids of steel
Mechanic god creation
Enter annihilation
We are rendered obsolete
Just a relic at their feet
Not cold enough - Too human
The doomsday machine
Created by man
Like a black dawn rising
To conquer - Conquer and destroy
Mechanic god creation
Enter annihilation
Climbing the walls
The walls are too high
They swallow the Sun
Ebony sky
We are rendered obsolete
Just a relic at their feet
Not cold enough - Too human
Like a chromatic stain
Lost in concrete fields
Hybrids of steel
Enter annihilation
Just a relic at their feet
Not cold enough - Too human
Created by man
Like a black dawn rising
To conquer - Conquer and destroy
Enter annihilation
The walls are too high
They swallow the Sun
Ebony sky
Just a relic at their feet
Not cold enough - Too human

This song seems to me, like it plays out the fact that we lowerd our standards in schools to make it so everybodys a follower. Therefore, in acts like war, they are making people like clay and shaping them into inhuman killing machines that have no morals and follow every order given. "Not cold enough - Too human,"
I think it's a song about mankind's technological advancments and the growing obsoletion of human work, "We are rendered obsolete."
this was my first arch enemy song. its about having to conform, but not really believing in what you are supposed to conform to, but if you don't conform you die. which kinda sucks.
Really good song, and fits perfectly with Hybrids (at least for me). Found it by looking for more Arch Enemy other than IAL/OFB
I Am Legend/Out For Blood
I feel the song is about the overall downfall of the human race "concrete fields" could refer to the ever expanding cities "climbing the walls the walls are to high they swallow the sun ebony sky" could refer to if we keep going expanding and growing and destroying the planet to build our cities and machinery etc eventually we will swallow the earth in buildings and technology
