"Disappearing" as written by and Conner/lanegan....
Don't you try to find me any more, I want to stay
Outside of your world
This time you've thrown it all away
That was one mistake
I never thought you'd make
Once you walk the path that has no end

Close the door and think awhile
When You are all alone
Staring into nothingness
Your eyes have turned to atone
Return, to yesterday
There is no easy way
Once you walked away, but now you stand

Faded out of memories
And moments that you took
Locked away inside a box
I never thought you would
Follow it down and back
Disappearing in you own tracks
Don't you think you've had enough of that?

General CommentI have no idea what this song is about, but it makes me think of floating around an oversized fantastical psychedelic forest surrounded by oversize nature... mushrooms and insects and things... and the Uncle Anesthesia album cover creature floats by on his own cloud... it has an atmosphere of maturing and learning and knowledge. It reminds me of a psychedelic trip, which some people say is a life-changing experience. It also reminds me of nature. Spending time in nature, like really deep in nature with no trace of humanity, is also a very spiritual and life-changing thing to experience.

On another note, rip a joint and listen to this song with a good pair of channeled headphones.

General CommentSomeone got his feelings hurt about the stoopid pathetically homely desperate dyke he took to bed? Oh, so sorry to have hurt your lil' feelings. Oh, wait a minute. You HAVE no feelings!
