I beleive the whole "There seems no end to where you begin..." is talking about becoming one with Christ. A collision between Christ and you. I don't really think there is any meaning to romance or the opposite sex.
Ok...it's definitely not about romance! Read the album notes:
”For the past two years, I have ended most nights in concert with the following statement: ‘When our depravity meets His divinity, it is a beautiful collision.’ This recording is about that collision”
This title track is about that collision. God comes and meets us at the lowest points of our depravity, and inexplicably infuses his divinity into us - we are still human, but we have the eternal God living inside us. The song describes the theological and emotional confusion that springs from this amazing truth.

This song to me shows the "Collision" between love for christ and love for the opposite sex. "There seems no end to where you begin" shows to me how it seems like you can never really get over an ex. "So afraid You'll find me out" you wanna be a good christian, but you need romance.
I'm not sure though, its just my interperetation...

This song described in three main Biblical principles:
Depravity, Unity with Christ, and the Holy Spirit within Us.
Just a side note the first line is "The Breaking Makes a Sound" with the "The" drawn out and yeah OnDistantShores is right about the song.

I personally think that this song is talking about someone who is so close to coming to know God, but is unsure if they want to make the commitment and is "scared."
"The heart breaking makes a sound.... so beautiful.... weak" its talking about how humans are really nothing until God and them collide.
"So courageous till now" is talking about someone being so brave until they finally make the move towards God.
The end result is "A beautiful collision" is Jesus and the person colliding into one making it beautiful.
