I personally think that this song is talking about someone who is so close to coming to know God, but is unsure if they want to make the commitment and is "scared."
"The heart breaking makes a sound.... so beautiful.... weak" its talking about how humans are really nothing until God and them collide.
"So courageous till now" is talking about someone being so brave until they finally make the move towards God.
The end result is "A beautiful collision" is Jesus and the person colliding into one making it beautiful.
