The person was born of the reaper and carries on his duties of BEHEADINGNESS! dewm. teh end.
It's about the murders that took place at lake bodom in 1960, in Finland. Thats how COB got their name. Anyway he is saying that he is the Grim Reaper and he is taking the lives of the teens who were murdered on the shores of Lake Bodom.
Or he is one of the victims, following the Reaper, and tending to the reapers duties
