i never thought i'd see the day
that we honestly could say
we stand five against the world
and the doors are open
through all those years
i would've died to be right here
i never thought of backing down
with one chance to make a sound

so we'll take our chance right now

these are the days we will remember
these are the days we will remember
and these are the days we won't forget
these are the days we won't forget
these are the times we've shared
these are the promises we've made
these are the days

revolution dead and gone
still integrity holds strong
we stand five against the odds
and rise through it all
relentless form and dedication carried on
we stand tall and won't back down
with one chance to make a sound
so we'll take our chance right now

these are the days we will remember
these are the days we will remember
and these are the days we won't forget
these are the days we won't forget
these are the times we've shared
these are the promises we've made
these are the days
that we won't forget

yah we carry on convictions
learning as we go
living out the only life we know

these are the days we will remember
these are the days we will remember
and these are the days we won't forget
these are the days we won't forget
these are the times we've shared
these are the promises we've made
these are the days

WE WON'T FORGET
WE WON'T FORGET
WE WON'T FORGET

i think this song is about the first year after high school. i was in a band all throughout high school and if by the time i graduated we hit it big, the first part of this song makes perfect sense.

"i never thought i'd see the day that we honestly could say we stand five against the world"

this is them finally gettin out and gettin a record label interested in them

"and the doors are open through all those years"

there always telling you doors are open and you can do whatever you want

"i would've died to be right here"

this is what they've wanted all throughout high school

"i never thought of backing down with one chance to make a sound"

they're not gunna stop, they finally got a chance to be heard and live the dream.

basically the rest follows the same suit, they're gunna always remember this giant chunk of life of touring and being in a band and making a shit load of money

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
