Yeah, it is pretty obvious. Songs usually do not mean their literal meaning and this is no exception. I don't think she's talking about an actual physical place (a basement, club etc). She obviously doesn't mean you need juice, the one you drink, to get in. From her perspective, most girls don't like IT, so it is true you "have to work your way around" to get to IT.
