This is, in my opinion, one of the best t.A.T.u. songs. I love them, they're a great group.

It's, in my opinion, about one of the girls (maybe yulia) falling in love with a guy, but it's breaking up her friendship with the other member of tatu (elena?). She doesn't know wether to stay with the friend she loves of the guy she loves. It's a dillema.

i agree...i think this song is about one of the girls falling in love with a guy and now having to choose between her boyfriend and her friend. i think that's one of the hardest decisions to make... but it's a great song! Tatu have such a cool sound!

Sounds like she is struggling with her bisexuality. The ongoing gimmick with these girls was that they weren't "lesbians", they just "love each other". So for one of them to fall in love with a man could break them apart, whether or not it's meant romantically or platonically. It's a sad dilemma to go through, and one that I have been through, so I really like the song.

I see this like this:

a girl who was sure she's a lesbian or at least content with her relationship with her best friend and lover suddenly falls inlove with a man or tries to be with a man and realise it's evolving into more then she expected - "I don’t know why, I had to try Living my life on the other side"-

I think it's dealing with the idea of bisexuality, the fact a person can be attract to both gendres and have similar types of love to them both.

else it seems like her relationship with both her wonam and her man are driving her from side to side, kinda has the feeling she isn't sure if either of them actually loves her with the repeating lines - "He loves me, He loves me not She loves me, She loves me not"

I think that this is a very good song. Once again, it's t.A.T.u. toying with their sexuality (even though they've announced that they're straight and Yulia's engaged and Elena has a boyfriend). I think that the meaning's even deeper than just sexuality though, and it also has a bit of understanding who you are.

see, whenever i hear "I dont know why i had to try living my life on the other side" i think that she started as a lesbian, but then she fell in love with a guy. obviously there just lyrics, but thats what i think the song means

I'm pretty sure that this song has to do with being confused about boys and gals. She's been known as this lesbian and lived proudly up to it, but then she met this boy who gave her a really lovey feeling, and it was probably really confusing and disorientating for her and her female partner.
