Lizpaton is right on the ball. Ticklishgio, you're crazy... I don't think it takes much to find out the meaning of the song. Four lines say quite a lot:

1. and you draw back, when you noticed me standing there. Explanation -- have you ever seen an ex in public, some where you never expected? It can be devastating.
2. We/I can see it, that you wanted me to say hey, hey wait. Explanation -- they both know by looking at each other they want to communicate again after a period of them being absent together (or you could see it as they broke up, and wanted to meet up again, because they miss each other (either or works)).
   3. And if you want me back just say you want me back and i'll stay. Explanation -- clearly they have been together before, I presume in a relationship. You could try to equate this to a friendship (If you want to go back to being just friends, so be it -- but I find this meaning behind the words highly unlikely).
   4. There are no more secrets anymore, they all know Perhaps one cheated on or betrayed the other and everyone in their social circle is aware of it (perhaps the person who was cheated or betrayed found out from a friend) and now that it is out in the open, why bother holding anything back, there are no more secretes anymore -- let's start fresh.
