no ones commented on this, and not being great at analysing songs i need help, i believe this song is about someone who is dying, the singer is wanting them to wake whilst thinking back to hapy memories...am i right? or nearly there?

To me this song is about a man longing to be with a woman he can't be with right now. In the beginning of the song, he’s daydreaming about being with her. He thinks of her as an angel, he wants to be close to her. “It’s finally you and I,” the moment to be alone with her, he’s been waiting for so long.

He's so in love with her, but he can’t be with her, that’s why he’s saying “it wasn’t meant to feel like this, not without you.”
