this is my personal favorite on the cd....its a song about a new love, and how the memories of the past are erased by a new love, and how the lonliness is evaded by a new love. and it goes even deeper to say how true love passes through life into death. most HIM love songs deal with this aspect of love, and the depth of it....IE: "Join me"

The memories are obviously referring to the memories of his old love that he had lost. thats actually not true, the song is about bam margera's and valo's mutual friend brandon novak who was on his way to becoming one of the skaters in the world but ended up expierimenting with heroin instead. and when asked why he did this, he said it was to "kill the loneliness." hence the song "killing loneliness"

I have also heard that this song was written for Novak, but as people have commented earlier, it is about relationships. However, I take it in the context of like someone who just sleeps with whoever because they are lonely and just need human contact. Its like taking asprin for an injury; it doesn't make the injury go away, it just kills the pain aka covers it up, until you allow yourself to heal. No dispute though, this is one of the best songs I have ever heard.

this song was written for brandon novak a friend of bam margera....ville was talking to novak and he asked why novak was doing heroin and novak replied "it is my killing loneliness" so there ya go everyone!
