well, in case no one noticed, how about the part that sais, "hey, is your heart still beating, i cant stop the bleeding" so i think it means he has lost someone, he feels guilty for it. etc etc...some of it makes it seem about a girl, but the rest seems more about something a bit deeper...the line "this pain is only temporary" reminds me of self harm and depression..i love this song, effing incredible

reminds me of suicide. he's really upset over this chick, and he's going a little insane. life is shit for him. but "now the tables are turned", he's in control and he's ending it. on another lyrics website, it say's he's saying "i'm dying to find what's missing in my life" not "trying". i think it sounds more like that, but it's hard to tell. the cliche term every suicidal person had heard is "suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem"

I LOVE THIS SONG.... I think he is talking about the person you love leaving you and that the pain from losing that person will never go away.
Once again, SKSK does the work, they are quickly becoming one of my favorites, if not my favorite band, their music is so unique and amazing.
Absolutely love this song. I think this song is about how a girl told a guy that she wanted to take a break (or she "needed space") and she's making him wait and wait until she is ready, but it's killing him and he is suffering and it's hard for him to believe and wants to know if the waiting will be worth it ("If there's a bright side to this suffering, can you help me see? It's getting harder to believe.")
That's just what I think, that's how I'm relating to it. I love SKSK.
The way I interpret this is that I believe its about a girl that told him the cliche line "Its not you, its me". She said she needed her space and "its gone on and on and on". BUT, the way I see it, I think she said that because she believes he is too dark ("black") and insensitive ("hollow") and too emo. Just a thought.

i think hes talking about falling in love with a girl and losing her..then gettting her back just to lose her again...just as everyone already said lol and then hes saying that she took it way too far but i dont really understand what hes talking about...im not gonna lie lol
okay on like eery song everyones like "oh this is about a bf and gf" and its sick... this whole album was written about the 9/11 attacks and the events that followed...
