Haha, this song isn't about fucking killing yourself. It's about goddamn career suicide!
Devin's worried that on the path he's following with his music, whether it's DTB or SYL, that: "In three years, 'Deicide' is all I'll ever hear."
He's worried that he'll become a joke. That he's committing career suicide with his projects because apart from a few key albums he's made, most of them don't mean dick to him. It's just being put out there for people...
Obviously, he's still not like Deicide which is something only Glenn Benton should ever have to worry about.

Totally awesome song! The first part always reminds me personally of Kirilov in the Dostoyevsky's Deamons, who commit suicide as a declaration of his own deity.

It's about how repressing feelings of hatred, rage, and sorrow leads to a life of pain and wanting to kill one's self.

I actually don't agree with any of the interpretations above. Like he sings in the refrain, it is about an "internal suicide", i.e. that the situation is killing him. "In three years, 'Decide' is all I'll ever hear." is much more likely to mean that he is told to decide between his music career (touring and musician lifestyle etc.) and his family/wife. Still he wants to be strong and he continues to push on without settling for one, but it is killing him inside, and he is well aware of it (doing it to himself), therefore he calls the song Suicide! :)
