International Colouring Contest Lyrics
I'm so full of ideas and here is a good one:
Into outer space with Lucia Pamela
The Moon is the place where there's space for Lucia
Into outer space with Lucia Pamela
The Moon is the place where there's place for Lucia
Before Armstrong took his steps
She'd been there with friends
They took all instruments and
Recorded on the moon
Gathered variety of sound
From where the air is different
I'm so full of ideas
And here is a good one
Lucia has a dream
A dream that comes in colour of
International colouring
For your entry she's waiting
Into outer space with Lucia Pamela
The Moon is the place where there's space for Lucia
Into outer space with Lucia Pamela
The moon is the place where there's space for Lucia
The Moon is the place where there's space for Lucia
Into outer space with Lucia Pamela
The Moon is the place where there's place for Lucia
She'd been there with friends
They took all instruments and
Recorded on the moon
Gathered variety of sound
From where the air is different
And here is a good one
Lucia has a dream
A dream that comes in colour of
International colouring
For your entry she's waiting
The Moon is the place where there's space for Lucia
Into outer space with Lucia Pamela
The moon is the place where there's space for Lucia

This song has the most interesting story behind it. In 1969, a woman named Lucia Pamela produced the album "Into Outer Space with Lucia Pamela". The concept of the album was that it was music recorded on the moon, and included a coloring book for which there has been a coloring contest going on since '69 according to Lucia. The song is a very literal story about Lucia and her vision of happiness.
This is such a fun track! The concept of an "International Colouring Contest" is amazing. It reminds me of how much I enjoy unwinding with some art. Speaking of which, for anyone else looking for great printable art, you can find awesome coloring pages at YoloColoring
The sample at the start of the song ("I'm so full of ideas, and here's a good one") is Lucia Pamela from her album. The line was also used (slightly adapted) in the lyrics.
